What does your business do?
INNOWAY is a commercial cleaning product supplier and wholesaler.
What’s one of your favorite products?
We don’t really have a favorite as such. But we do sell a whole range of products including buckets, mops, cleaning carts, window squeegees, dusters, microfiber cloths, glass cleaning cloths, lobby dust pan and broom sets – and even vacuum cleaners.
Why do you think your customers like your product range so much?
We offer great quality and great value for money!
Can you give us a brief history of your business and the growth it has experienced so far?
We started in 2011 and have now grown to more than triple in size, supplying to commercial cleaners, bars and restaurants, hospitals, rest homes, schools, business buildings and event centers etc.
How is Unleashed helping your business grow?
Unleashed has provided us a great system for wholesale inventory management and control, as well as invoicing.
Is there a interesting customer story you could share with our readers?
INNOWAY has helped our clients to get through many tricky situations. For example once one of our clients ran out of toilet paper on Christmas day – and we had to come to the rescue.
Is there something you are particularly excited for your business right now?
We are really excited about our forthcoming expansion – and our great staff.
Is there something your business in particularly proud of?
We are excited about our problem solving skills, and our ‘can do’ attitude!
